固本健脑液对轻度认知障碍大鼠学习记忆功能的影响

Effects of Gubenjiannao Liquor on Learning and Memorizing Ability and Aβ Expression in Hippocampal Formation of MCI Rats

目的探讨固本健脑液对轻度认知障碍(MCI)的治疗作用。方法以腹腔注射D-半乳糖和NaNO2的方法建立MCI大鼠模型,给予药物灌胃28 d后,用Morris水迷宫法观察大鼠学习记忆能力,并检测海马结构β-淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)表达情况。结果固本健脑液各组对MCI模型大鼠的学习记忆障碍具有改善作用,并减少Aβ在海马区的表达,且以固高组效果更为显著。结论固本健脑液能显著改善MCI大鼠的学习记忆能力,明显减少实验动物脑内Aβ的生成和聚集。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of Gubenjiannao Liquor.Methods MCI models were made by intraperitoneal of D-gal and NaNO2.After administering different drugs by oral gavage for 4 weeks,the changes of learning and memorizing ability were tested with MWM,then measured was the Aβ expression of hippocampus with immunohistochemical staining-method.Results All the treatment groups diagnosed with Gubenjiannao liquor can improve the MCI rats′ ability for learning and reduce the expression of Aβ in the hippocampus,which was prominent in the high dose group.Conclusion Gubenjiannao liquor has the therapeutic mechanism that increased the learning and memorizing ability and reduced the generation and accumulation of Aβ in brain of MCI model of rats.
