Probe into the Establishment of Chinese Multiple Stores and Their Developing Ways

中国综合商社组建主要采用“政府推进模式”，其支持政策体系包括：（１）加快贸易体制改革，促进综合商社贸易结构的合理化；（２）推动金融体制改革，促进综合商社功能的发展；（３）推进现代企业制度建设，促进综合商社的规范化；（４）加快国有资产重组步伐，扩充综合商社经营规模。同时，企业行为应着重于以下几点：（１）调整交易方式，发展“复合型”交易；（２）调整贸易结构，发展国内贸易业务；（３）组建贸工联合体，建立稳定的货源基础；（４）注重与国外跨国公司合作，发展对外投资综合；（５）调整地区战略，注重对发展中国家市场的开拓；（６）扩大经营领域。

AbstractThe authors point out that the establishment of Chinese multiple stores will mainly adopt “the mode of governments carrying forward”,and the support policies are as follows:first, speed up reform of the trade system and make the rationalization of the multiple stores' trade structure. Second, reform the financial system and develop the multiple stores' functions. Third establish a modern enterprise system and promote the standardization of the multiple stores. Finally, speed up re-organizing of the state-owned assets and enlarge the scale of the multiple stores. Moreover, the multiple stores must reform themselves from the following aspects:first,change the trade mode and develop “multiple trades”. Second,adjust the trade structure and develop the domestic trade. Third, set up the united enterprises integratedly with industrial,agricultural,and trading ones.Fourth,cooperate with transnational corporations and invest in foreign countries.Fifth,change the regional strategy and open up developing countries' markets. And finally,enlarge the operation fields and develop the operations of assets and capitals.
