摘要 建立了超薄壁大径厚比屏蔽套反旋工艺弹塑性有限元分析的力学模型,利用大型有限元分析软件MSC.Marc进行了仿真分析,研究了旋轮接触区金属的塑性流动场以及应力应变的分布规律,从而为实际加工超薄壁大径厚比屏蔽套时提供理论指导。 In this paper,a elasto-plastic FEM model was constructed for sleeve backward spinning process of Utra thin-walled shield sleeve with high ratio of diameter/thickness,and the large-scale FEM analysis software MSC. Marc is used for a simulation analysis. The metal plastic flow field and the distribution of stress and strain of the spinning wheel contact area are studied,and the theoretical guidance for the actual processing of the ltra thin-walled shield sleevewith high ratio of diameter/thickness is provided.
