摘要
以曲轴零件为例,分析了同轴度与径向圆跳动误差的测量原理,根据曲轴零件被测参数的特点,测量径向圆跳动误差等于曲轴同轴度误差的测量,通过检测公差项目的测量转换,实现了曲轴零件同轴度误差测量及专用检具的设计。
Taking crankshaft as an example,the error measurement principleof the coaxial circular and the radial run-out is analyzed. According to the measured parameters characteristics of crankshaft,measuring the radial run-out error is equal to measuring the coaxial circular error. By checking the tolerance item measurement conversion,the crankshaft coaxial error measurement is italized and a special inspection device is desgned.
