摘要
燃料电池电堆装配质量影响反应气体密封、电堆内阻和流道侵入,从而影响整个电堆系统的性能。基于商用有限元软件ANSYS,研究了包括端板、密封垫圈在内的金属极板质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)电堆三维装配模型的仿真建模方法,分析了层叠式电堆组件间接触压力分布及其传递规律。组装了金属极板燃料电池实验电堆,并进行了电堆装配实验,验证了本文建模方法的准确性。
Assembly quality of the PEMFC is related with the gas leakage,inner resistance and flow channel intrusion,which will eventually influence the performance of the stacks. Based on commercial FE software ANSYS,a 3D parameterized model of full PEMFC stack is developed including the end plate and seal. The influence of bolt torque and seal thickness on the pressure distribution of MEA is analyzed. Furthermore,the experimental setup is prepared and the experiments are conducted to validate the model. The methodology and conclusion of this study are beneficial for raveling the assembly mechanism of PEMFC and can be used to guide its assembly process.
