摘要
以某型号油电混合动力客车为例,分析了发动机油门故障产生原因,剖析了发动机油门干扰信号产生机理,确定了电机控制器是引起油门信号波动的主要干扰源。综合考虑整车电气安全及整车电磁兼容性(EMC),采用电机控制器接地的方法和油门信号线并联电容的方法大幅度降低了干扰信号的产生,有效地解决了发动机油门故障问题。
Based on a hybrid electric bus,this study analyzes the cause of the engine throttle fault,investigates the mechanism of the engine throttle jamming signal and determines that the motor controller is the main cause of the engine throttle signal fluctuations. Considering the vehicle electrical safety and Electro Magnetic Compatibility (EMC),the methods of grounding the motor controller and paralleling the capacitor with the engine throttle signal are adopted to reduce the jamming signal. Consequently,the problem of engine throttle fault is effectively solved.
