沧州区域雨洪资源拦蓄能力分析

Analysis of interception ability of rainfall flood resources in Cangzhou

为有效地综合利用雨洪资源,缓解沧州区域水资源危机,通过对该区域内的自产雨洪资源量、外来雨洪资源量和拦蓄能力的分析与计算,确定了沧州区域内可拦蓄的雨洪资源量及河道、水库、坑塘、洼淀雨洪资源的拦蓄能力,并提出了提高雨洪资源拦蓄量及利用率的相应措施。

Cangzhou is one of the regions which with a serious lack of water resources in China.In order to comprehensively utilize the rainfall flood resources and alleviate the water resources crisis in Cangzhou,through analysis and calculation of the amount of local rainfall flood resources,the amount of exotic rain-flood resources and the interception ability in the region,the amount of rain-flood resources that can be intercepted and the rain-flood interception ability of the rivers,reservoirs,ponds,and lakes in Cangzhou were determined.Countermeasures for increasing rainfall flood resources interception and utilization efficiency of the rainfall flood resources are put forward.
