摘要
榆钢烧结混合机在使用的过程中存在筒体挡圈开焊、本体撕裂、实心胶轮磨损较快和减速机频繁打齿的现象,为此本文论述了改造方案,介绍了改动点的校核计算。改造后,设备运行平稳,满足了烧结生产工艺要求,提高了烧结矿的产量和质量。
Mixed-machine for sintering in Yuzhong steel exist many problems in use,including block loop of coiling block existing crack in jointing parts,coiling block mangling,abrasion faster of solid rubber tyre and frequent mangle of reduction gear.The article describes improvement project and introduces account ways of modified point.As a result,The device run steadily and greatly satisfy the technics indexes of sinter.The yield and quality of sinter is increased.
