本文提出了焦化厂煤气初冷工艺在实际操作中存在的诸多问题,并着重于初冷器的新、旧两系统在煤气的平衡、初冷水回水工艺的改进、初冷器清扫及正常维护操作方面,提出了一些工艺改进措施和最优化的操作方法,以克服新、旧两个煤气初冷器系统在运行中,特别是旧系统初冷器内部横管挂萘严重的现象,优化了操作工艺和操作制度。

In this paper,the coking plant gas Primary cooling process in practice many problems exist,and focus in the early cooling devices new and old two Xitong the gas in the balance,the improvement in early Lengshui backwater Gongyi,initial clean-up and normal Wei Hu cooler operational aspects,made a number of process improvements and optimization methods of operation,to overcome old and new beginning of the two gas cooler system operation,especially in the beginning of the old system,inner horizontal tube linked to cold naphthalene serious phenomenon,optimized operational processes and operational systems.
