摘要
介绍了高炉煤气干式布袋除尘技术的发展现状，阐述了于式布袋除尘技术的工艺流程及低压脉冲喷吹干式布袋除尘技术的原理，研究开发了高炉煤气温度控制、煤气尘含量在线监测、煤气管道系统防腐及除尘灰浓相气力输送等关键技术。
The development status of BF gas bag filter cleaning technology is introduced. The technological process of dry bag filter and the principle of low pressure pulse bag filter cleaning technology are elaborated. Several key technologies are developed, including BF gas temperature control, monitoring of dust content of BF coal gas online, anti- corrosion of pipe system, and dense phase pneumatic transportation of collected dust.
