摘要
第二炼钢厂采用BoF—LF—CC工艺生产SWRCH22A冷镦钢,通过对铁水预处理、转炉冶炼终点控制、LF炉造白渣精炼和钙处理、连铸保护浇注和防止水口堵塞等工艺进行研究和技术改进,使低碳、低硅铝镇静冷镦钢具有较高的洁净度,盘条T[O]含量为(12~23)×10^-6,钢材的冷镦性能良好。
Cold heading steel SWRCH22A was produced by BOF-LF-CC technological process in the No. 2 Steelmaking Plant. The technological processes of hot metal pretreatment, converter end-point control, LF white slag refining, protection continuous casting, preventing from nozzle clogging, and so on were studied and improved on cold heading steel, low carbon and low silicon cold heading steel produced by the improved technology had the superiority of high purity, wire rod with low total oxygen of ( 12 - 23 ) ×10^-6, and high cold heading performance.
