摘要
以Q/SYGJX0102--2007《西气东输二线管道工程用螺旋缝埋弧焊管技术条件》为依据,采用Mn—Mo-Ti-B合金系成功研制了一种高韧性X80管线钢埋弧焊焊丝用盘条SGM-80,该盘条钢质洁净,硫、磷、氧和氮等杂质元素含量低,拉拔性能良好。SGM-80盘条加工成的埋弧焊焊丝H80与管线钢专用烧结焊剂F80匹配,熔敷金属具有较高的强度和韧性,与首钢X80管线钢匹配良好,且钢管焊缝金属的力学性能满足技术条件要求。
Based on the technology condition of spiral submerged weld pipe for the west gas transferring east pipeline project, a high toughness wire rod SGM-80 for X80 pipeline steel submerged welding wires was developed by using Mn-Mo-Ti-B alloy system. The rod has very well drawing performance, and the impurity elements in it such as S, P, O, N is very low. The deposited metal has very high strength and high toughness, which is welded by the submerged welding wires by using SGM-80 wire rod matching with special sintered flux. The wire rod matched well with Shougang X80 pipeline steel, and the mechanical properties of the pipeline weld meets the demand of the technology condition of spiral submerged weld pipe for the west gas transferring east pipeline project.
