摘要
研发了一种由液态烃和表面活性剂组成的复合水合促进剂,通过天然气水合物实验平台对预期效果进行了验证。建立了复合促进剂作用下的水合物生成动力学模型,利用VB软件编程实现模型求解。将不同反应溶液和不同反应气体条件下得到的诱导时间计算值与实验结果及理论分析结果进行比较,吻合度较高,较准确地描述水合物生成的诱导过程。该模型的建立为天然气水合物储运技术的应用与发展提供了理论支持。
A new composite compound accelerator that is composed of liquid hydrocarbon and surfactant was developed and tested in the gas hydrate generator.We established the kinetic model of gas hydrate formation under the function of composite compound accelerator and used BV compiler language to get the model resolution.The calculated induction time for the different reactive solutions and different reactive gases is in good agreement with the experimental data and the theoretical analysis.The results suggest that the model could express completely the process of NGH formation and provide the theoretical model for its industry application.
