摘要
对掺有自主开发的SHSRA减缩剂的新拌混凝土工作性、硬化混凝土的干燥收缩、水化热及混凝土的强度等进行试验,并与未掺减缩剂的基准混凝土进行了对比,试验证明,SHSRA的掺入对新拌混凝土的工作性和混凝土后期强度没有负面影响,并可大大降低了混凝土的干缩率,28d减缩率达40%,且可减缓胶凝材料水化反应速率,降低水化热,可以明显提高混凝土的抗裂性能。
We have developed a product called SHSRA and contrast experiments involved in the workability,drying shrinkage,the hydration heat tests and strength of concrete with or without SHSRA were carried out.The results showed the addition of SHSRA had no negative effect on the concrete workability and the later strength and could reduce the dry shrinkage percentage of 40% after 28 days.Besides,the hydration rate of the cementing material with SHSRA would be slowed down and the hydration heat could be decreased which would improve the crack resistance of the concrete.
