摘要 在分析测试原理的基础上,提出了一种基于数字图像处理学的火焰轮廓的提取方法。该方法利用彩色面阵CCD相机获取火焰图像,提出一种依据火焰图像三原色的灰度分布关系提取火焰轮廓的数字化方法。通过相应的算法对图像进行了直方图均衡化、二值化、区域填充、图像滤波等处理,最终通过形态学提取了火焰轮廓,剔除了烟雾、火星和标尺的干扰,将火焰尾迹与烟雾区进行了有效的分离。利用Matlab进行编程,通过试验验证。该方法代替了传统人工观测,提高了测试精度。 Based on the measurement principle,a method depend on digital image processing to identify the flame contour was pointed out. This method used CCD camera to capture flame image,and put forward a method based on the gray scale distribution of tricolor to figure out the flame contour. The image was disposed by relevant arithmetic such as histogram equalization; binary image processing,region filling and image filter,the flame contour was figure out by morphological approach. The disturbance of smoke,spark and staff gauge was eliminated,the distance between flame wake and smoke was separated effectively. The contour is figure out from flame image by Matlab program,and it is proved through experimentation. The method takes place of traditional measurement by artifical observation,and it is proved with good performance.
