摘要
给出了一种滚刀前刀面测量的测头半径矢量补偿方法。滚刀前刀面为复杂螺旋曲面,根据球形测头中心轨迹与被测螺旋曲面互为等距曲面的关系,推导出实测点到理论曲面的法向距离,进行测头半径矢量补偿从而获得精确的实测点集。
A probe vector radius compesation is described in this paper for measurement of hob rake radial. The hob rake is a complex helicoidal surface. Based the principle that the trace of the center of the ball-shaped is the offset surface of the measured surface,afer a accurate method for calculating the normal distance from a measuring point to the theoretical profile is dedeuced,the set of real points on measured profile is obtained with high precision.
