On the Interest Expression and Distribution Function of a Harmonious Society——From the Perspective of Hobhouse's Theory on Social Harmony

构建和谐社会一直是人类社会的终极理想,但人类对理想社会的思考总是基于完美主义认识,从而对社会的多元化利益一直耿耿于怀。这种思考方向终于在19世纪末霍布豪斯以利益冲突为背景提出社会和谐理论后发生了变化。和谐社会必须以承认多元化利益为前提,建立充分的利益表达机制,并进而在后一步的利益分配中充分发挥多元利益集团的利益博弈功能,从而达到和谐社会的利益分配目的。

Constructing a harmonious society has been the final ideal of human society,but human beings＇understanding of the ideal society has been based on perfectionism.Therefore,people have been concentrating their attention on the multiple interests of the society.The thinking trend finally changed in the late 19th century when Hobhouse put forth the theory of social harmony with interest conflict as the background.Harmonious society must accept multiple interests as the premise,construct the mechanism of full interest expression,and bring the function of multiple interests group into full play,thus attaining the goal of interest distribution of a harmonious society.
