将政治协商纳入决策程序是政治协商的重要原则。目前有关政治协商的内容和程序规定得比较原则,操作性不强,现实中政治协商并没有充分发挥其应有的作用。要将政治协商真正纳入决策程序就必须将这一原则细化,用制度加以落实,用程序加以保证,惟有如此,才能保证政治协商的实效。

Political consultation brought into the decision-making process is an important principle of political consultation.The current provisions about the content and procedure of political consultation are more principled and are not stong enough when we put them into practice,which makes political consultation not giving full play to its role.In order to bring the political consultation into decision-making process,we must put the principle in details and fulfill it by legal system.Only then can we ensure the effect of political consultation.
