客家人"忧国忧民、爱国爱乡"的优良传统,源远流长,来源河洛,是在不断迁徙、不断抗争的过程中逐渐形成的。客家人通过各种途径和方法传承和发展这一优良传统,使客家人从小就养成爱国爱乡情操。每当民族危难、国家危亡之时,客家人总是忧国忧民,率先挺身而出,揭竿而起;为了抵御外侮,客家人总是奋勇抵抗,冲锋在最前列,义无反顾,甚至于牺牲自己的生命。

The fine traditions of Hakka people＇s concerning about their country and people and loving their hometown went back to ancient times,stemmed from Heluo and gradually developed in the process of constant migration and war of resistance against aggression.The Hakka people inherited and developed these traditions according to all kinds of means,which enabled the Hakka people to form the sentiments of loving their country and hometown.When the nation＇s existence was in a dire peril and the country hang in the balance,the Hakka people always concerned about their country and people,took the lead in stepping forward bravely and raised the standard of revote significantly.In order to withstand the outside insult,the Hakka people were always in the vanguard in the movement for resisting the war——permitting no turning back,even sacrificing themselves.
