A Tentative Exploration on Collective Woodland Forest Circulation Management in Lancang County

澜沧县集体林地林木流转中存在着合同内容不完善,流转程序不合法,流转价格不合理,流转形式不科学,资金使用不规范等问题.藉此,提出了规范集体林地林木流转行为,建立森林资源流转体系,完善林业科技服务和经营体系,建立健全林木采伐管理制度,加强林地林木流转资金管理等建议.

Regarding problems in the collective woodland forest circulation in Lancang county,such as contract content imperfect,process illegal,price unreasonable,ways illogical and use of funds improper,suggestions are made to standardize the conduct of collective woodland forest circulation,establish forest resources circulation system,improve technical serving and management system,set up and improve the management system of forest tree cutting,and strengthen woodland forest circulation funds management.
