摘要
叙述了哈萨克斯坦电解铝厂阳极组装车间内设备的安装调试过程以及投产后的维修维护过程,对车间自动化程度与操作实用性之间的平衡进行了研究,探讨了如何让自动化为提高整个车间的生产效率而服务,分析了自动化程度与操作性之间的平衡关系。
This essay illustrates the process of all equipment installed and tested in the anode rodding shop of Kazakhstan Aluminium Smelter,as well as the maintenance for the whole workshop after start-up.The balance between automation degree and practicability has been studied.Moreover,discussion has been made on how to indeed increase the workshop's productive efficiency with automation,rather than formalism.Judging from the actual status of production in the anode rodding shop,higher automation degree does not result in higher productive efficiency and easier management.It is proper degree of automation,rather than unrealistic high automation,that increases productive efficiency.
