负载对PEM燃料电池瞬态响应特性的影响

摘要 利用暂态测量方法,比较了纯阻性负载和纯感性负载及加载方式对质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)瞬态响应特性的影响。结果证明,PEMFC瞬态响应与电池负载类型、负载的加载方式有密切联系。同样的阶跃电流,PEMFC加载纯阻性负载比加载纯感性负载响应时间更短,低调量更小。感性负载由于其自感效应会带来更长的响应时间和更大的低调量。PEMFC加载纯阻性负载时,固定电流加载方式电压低调量稍大,而固定电压的加载方式不会带来低调电压;两种加载方式的响应时间接近。总之纯阻性负载、固定电压方式加载的情况下,质子交换膜燃料电池瞬态响应特性最佳。 The influences of purely resistive loads,pure inductive loads and loading modes on the transient response characteristics of proton exchange membrane fuel cell were compared with transient measurement method.The results showed that PEMFC load transient response was closely related with the load characteristics and the control modes.With the same step current,the response time of PEMFC loading with pure resistance load was shorter than that of PEMFC loading pure inductive load,and the undershoot of the former was smaller than the latter.too.And the self-inductance of the inductive load would bring a longer response time and more undershoot to the cell.When PEMFC loading pure resistance load was used,the low-voltage load was a bit larger in the constant current mode,but in fixed-voltage mode,there was no low-voltage load.These two loading modes had close response time.In short,in the case of pure resistive load and the fixed voltage mode loading,PEMFC transient response characteristics was the best.
