摘要
目的采用血浆纤维蛋白原(Fbg)水平与功能法动态观察恶性淋巴瘤患者初诊、化疗后缓解(CR)、部分缓解(PR)、进展(PD)、死亡以及稳定(NC)期各组的Fbg水平与功能变化,探讨其血浆Fbg水平及与功能的变化与病情、化疗及预后等的相关性。方法用蕲蛇酶水解Fbg,通过计算机自动检测系统测定以下项目:①纤维蛋白单体聚合反应速率(FMPV);②Fbg含量(Fbg:c);③反应延滞时间(DT);④Fbg功能指数(FI)。结果初诊、部分全缓、进展以及死亡组患者血浆Fbg功能增强,反应数率增大,反应延滞时间缩短,提示整个Fbg功能增强(P(0.01);而进展期及死亡组患者与初诊病人比,其Fbg水平与功能更高更强。结论血浆Fbg水平及功能与恶性肿瘤的形成、发展、转移、恶化呈正相关,且病情越重,转移复发程度越高,血浆Fbg水平与功能也更高更强。

Method With long-noded pitviper enzyme hydrolysis Fbg, determines the following item through the computer automatic detection system:(1) Fibrin monomer polyreaction speed (FMPV) ;(2) Fbg content (Fbg:c) ;(3) Responds lagging time (DT) ;(4) Fbg function index (FI). Results The first diagnosis, the part alleviates,progresses, as well as death the time each group' s malignant lymphoma patient blood plasma Fbg level and the function boost up,the biggest light density increases, responded the number rate increases, responded the lagging time reduces, prompts the entire Fbg function to strengthen ( P 〈 0.01 ) ,and that progresses,as well as death the time each group's malignant lymphoma patient blood plasma Fg level and the function with first diagnosis group ratio that Fbg level and the function Gauguin are stronger. Conclusion The blood plasma Fbg level and the function and the malignant tumor formation, the development, the shift, the worsened present correlation, also the condition is more serious, the shift recrudescence degree is higher, the blood plasma Fbg level and the function is stronger also Gauguin.
