企业文化是现代企业发展和竞争的重要动力,加强企业文化建设,对充分发挥员工积极性,增强企业凝聚力有着不可忽视的作用。本文从树立企业文化观念,注重"以人为本"的文化理念,把企业管理融入企业文化,加大企业文化推广平台建设等方面入手,提出了加强企业文化建设的对策。

As enterprise culture is important for the development of an enterprise,the reinforcement of it plays a key role in increasing the employees＇ initiative and cohesion.This essay presents relevant measures like setting up the view of enterprise culture,emphasizing the idea of ＂people-orientation＂,blending enterprise management with enterprise culture and intensifying the promotion of enterprise culture.
