摘要
在分析供电企业安全问题现状的基础上,提出供电企业安全文化建设的对策,包括树立以人为本的供电企业安全文化建设观、铸造一支高素质技能型安全队伍、把安全文化建设打造成供电企业文化建设的核心内容,借以保证供电企业的安全生产。
Based on the cause analysis of the safety problems in existence in power supply enterprises,this essay presents feasible measures for the construction of safety culture by setting up the people-oriented safety concept,building a high-quality technical team and highlighting the construction of safety culture in the construction of enterprise culture to ensure safe production in power supply enterprises.
