摘要
从建立柔性企业文化、实施充分的交流沟通、建立完善的培训机制和有效的激励约束机制等方面,详细阐述在人力资源管理工作中如何强化员工的心理契约,以此调动、发挥员工的积极性和主动性,实现企业的战略目标。
This essay expounds how to strengthen the employees' psychological contract to arouse and utilize their initiative to achieve the strategic objectives of the enterprise in the human resources management in the aspects of establishing a flexible enterprise culture,making satisfying communication,setting up an integrated training mechanism,building an effective incentive and restraint mechanism.
