摘要
在多孔α-氧化铝陶瓷管上水热四次合成出NaA沸石膜,反应时间4h,反应温度373K。采用3种不同硅烷偶联剂(KH-550、SB-240、SB-570)修饰外表面,生成的Si-O-Me键极大提高了分子筛与陶瓷管直接的结合强度。结果表明在经KH-550修饰的支撑体内外表面上生长出连续、致密、超薄膜层,测得膜厚为6μm。测试了该膜对乙醇/水系统的渗透性能。
Three unique zeolite NaA membranes are prepared reproducibly by four-time hydrothermal synthesis with reaction time of 4h at 373K on porous α-alumina support tubes.Different silane coupling agents（KH-550,SB-240,SB-570） were used to modify the tubes,which greatly improved the bonding strength between the substrate and zeolite.A dense intergrown zeolite crystal layer of about 6 μm in thickness is formed both on the outer and inter surface of 3# tube decorated by KH-550.Separation performance of the modified membrane for ethanol/water system was tested.
