摘要
对晋南产花混冬麦碾皮后进行水分调节,探索了新的动态润麦方法。经过工艺效果分析,找到了最佳润麦时间。
New method of dynamic tempering
(wheat in moving during tempering)for debraned mixed winter wheat produced in Southern Shanxi,
China was explored,milling results were analyzed,and optimun tempering hour was obtained.
