复杂条件下急倾斜综采工作面支架适应性分析 被引量:22

摘要 根据四川省某煤矿急倾斜煤层综合机械化工作面试验条件,结合工作面支架的支护阻力观测结果,探讨了自移式液压支架对煤层松软、底板存在软分层和工作面中部存在斜交断层等复杂因素影响的适应性。结果表明,在复杂因素影响下,试验工作面的周期来压平均间隔11d,来压持续平均3.1d,来压步距平均19.7m,平均增载系数为1.21;试验期间,支架承受顶板的静荷载作用明显,导致工作面中部支架总体的平均阻力比工作面上部大,工作面下部最小;试验采用的ZJ3600/15/36型四柱支撑掩护式支架的力学结构能够满足对工作面顶板控制的需求,但支护强度偏低,应给予提高。 According to test condition of a steep seam coal face in Sichuan Province,and combined with the observation results of support resistance,and discussed the feasibility of the self-shift hydraulic on soft coal seam,rack of soft layer,obliquity fault of working face central,and other complex factors.The results show that:under the influence of complex factors,the time of periodic weighting of testing face is an average interval of 11 days,and last an average of 3.1 days,and the average step-over is 19.7 meter,and average coefficients of increasing the load is 1.21;it is very clear that the static load of roof by brackets,which lead to the average resistance of the central support surface be bigger than the upper work face's,and be minimum in lower work face;the support structure of ZJ3600/15/36 type four shield support bracket can meet the need for the roof controlling,but support density is low,so it should be improved.
