综放工作面粉尘场与雾滴场耦合关系的实验研究 被引量:35

摘要 为了得到综放工作面雾滴场与其捕获的粉尘场之间的定量关系,根据模拟综放工作面通风风速的封闭式实验箱,设计了由供水系统、供风系统、测粒系统、测压系统、测尘系统、发尘系统等组成的综放工作面粉尘场与雾滴场耦合关系测试实验平台。采用三维激光多普勒粒子动态分析仪对包括直射喷嘴、单式离心喷嘴、混合式离心喷嘴等目前煤矿普遍使用的六大类压力喷嘴进行了尘雾场耦合实验,即在风机开启时,分别测定释放尘源前后的雾滴粒径,利用Matlab数值分析方法,得到了雾滴粒径在[40,65]、[65,100]、[100,160]μm等3个区间内无尘液滴平均粒径与其捕获尘粒平均粒径之间的拟和函数表达式。提出针对呼吸性粉尘的雾滴最佳捕尘粒径应为[15,70]μm,实现了对喷雾降尘理论的改进与完善。 In order to obtain the quantitative relationship between droplet field and captured dust field in fully mechanized and roof caving workface,on the condition of utilizing the experimental device which simulated the actual wind velocity of fully mechanized caving face,experimental platform which was made up of water supply system,air supply system,particle measuring system,pressure test system,dust measuring system and dust releasing system were designed and manufactured to couple the relationship between dust field and droplet field.By dynamic three-dimensional laser Doppler particle analyzer,coupling experiment of dust-droplet field was carried out on 6 types of pressure nozzle,including direct-injection nozzle,single-type centrifugal nozzle,mixed-type centrifugal nozzle,which are commonly used in coal mine.Through measuring the droplet size before and after dust released when fan on,the quantitative function expressions between the average particle diameters of droplet without dust and the diameters of captured dust were fitted in three intervals[40,65],[65,100],[100,160]μm by using the method of numerical analysis of Matlab.Furthermore,the optimum droplet size to capture respirable dust was also fixed on [15,75]μm,therefore,the theory of dust prevention by water-cloud was improved and completed.
