摘要
以河北武安德盛煤矿1841工作面特大突水事故为例,利用Matlab对煤矿特大突水事故中突水通道封堵过程进行数值模拟。结果显示:骨料填充过程中,只要骨料粒径大于0.93mm即可形成稳定的松散体;注浆过程中,渗流速度最大值出现在封堵区域的顶部;同时,随着对突水通道封堵高度的增加,突水通道的水流量逐渐减小。现场施工结果表明,骨料与水泥浆最终能够形成稳定的、具有一定强度的密实体,实现了对突水通道的有效封堵。
The evaluation model and simulated project were set up by using Matlab based on water inrush accident of 1841 working face of Desheng Coal Mine in Wu'an,Hebei Province.The simulation results show that the stable loose body can be formed under flowing condition if the aggregate size is more than 0.93 mm;and the maximum seepage velocity occurs on the top of plugging zone,and the water flow decreases with increasing plugging height of water inrush channel.Finally,the field construction results show that the water inrush channel is plugged effectively by the compacting body constituted by both aggregate and cement slurry.
