摘要 近年来关于细胞色素P450(CYP450)及其同工酶在药物代谢、毒理学、肿瘤生化、临床合理用药和新药研发等方面的研究都取得了很大进展。"Cocktail"探针药物法作为一种快速、有效的评价药物对CYP450酶活性影响的方法,有着不可替代的优势和广阔的应用前景。为此文章通过总结归纳近年来国内外的相关文献,介绍了"Cocktail"探针药物法的概念、优势和基本研究思路,并对其方法学的验证与优化,探讨药物间的相互作用,评价肝、肾功能,优化给药剂量等方面进行了综述。 Recently,the researches of CYP450 and their isozymes have made significant progress in drug metabolism,toxicology,tumor biochemistry,clinical rational administration,and new drug research and development,et al.Being a rapid and effective evaluation method,Cocktail probe drugs also have great irreplaceable advantage and wide applied prospect in the impact on CYP450.This review summarizes the recent literatures both home and abroad.It first introduces the concept,superiority and basic research thread of cocktail probe drugs,then tests and optimizes the methodologies of those literatures.The drug-drug interactions,evaluation of liver and renal function,and optimizing dose of administration,et al are also discussed.
