中西医治疗卒中后便秘的研究概要

卒中后便秘的发生率较高,对脑卒中的进展、预后有重大影响。近来中西医治疗卒中后便秘的文献报道较多,治疗效果满意。现从中西医临床的内外治法及结合康复等方法对卒中后便秘作如下综述。

Constipation is a very common symptom among patients after stroke,and it has a negative impact on the patient＇s quality of life and the recovery.Recently,Chinese and Western therapies in stroke patients reported have been proved to be effective.This article is a summary about the treatment of Chinese and Western clinical methods integration within the internal or external treatment.
