植物药抗呼吸道合胞病毒有效部位研究进展

Research Advance on the Herbal Active Ingredients of Anti-RSV

呼吸道合胞病毒(Respiratory Syncytial Viruses,RSV)是造成婴幼儿呼吸道感染的最主要病毒性病原体之一,同时也是老年人、免疫缺陷者感染的一种主要病原。具有较强的传染性。目前西药治疗尚缺乏理想药物,亦无可靠疫苗。当前从植物中筛选有效成分已成为抗RSV新药研发的热点和趋势,鉴于此,文章就近10年来有关植物药抗RSV有效成分研究的文献进行了检索、整理、综述。

Respiratory syncytial virus（RSV） is one of the leading viral agents of respiratory tract disease in premature and young children but has been also recognized as an important pathogen for the elderly and the immunocompromised patients.It has a strong infectivity.Currently western medicine is still a lack of an ideal drug,there is no reliable vaccine.Currently,it has been a hot spot and trend that screening active ingredients from plants for anti-RSV drug.So that,after sorting these literatures from the past decade,then we made this review on the research status about the herbal active ingredients of anti-RSV.
