摘要
在周仲瑛教授临诊近20余年的失眠病案中筛选192例389诊,提炼出周仲瑛教授辨治失眠的九大病理因素,得出其本在"虚"、"火"、"热"、"郁"、"瘀"、"痰"、"湿"、"风"、"寒"基础上的对于失眠发生发展的理解与认识,并结合病位心-肝-肾及脾-胃,一统失眠的辨证于"一虚一实"、"一环一区"之中。
