摘要
脑卒中后疲劳(PoSF)是脑卒中后常见的症状。具有病理性疲劳的特征,即感觉身体疲倦,缺少能量并且一般不能通过休息缓解,是慢性的,有复杂的或未知的原因,伴有认知异常或过度,中风后康复治疗被广泛认同,尤其是治疗性运动对中风后偏瘫的康复有重要意义。
After stroke fatigue（after stroke PoSF）is the most common symptoms.Has the characteristics,namely the pathological fatigue feeling tired,lack of energy and generally ease,not through the rest,there is chronic complex or unknown reasons,with cognitive anomalies or excessive.After stroke rehabilitation is widely recognized,especially the therapeutic exercise in post-stroke hemiplegia rehabilitation to have the important meaning.
