人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折26例

Artificial Femoral Head Replacement in Treatment of Intertrochanteric Fractures Aged 26 Cases

目的：探讨人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折的疗效。方法：采用人工股骨头置换术治疗26例高龄股骨转子间骨折患者,观察其手术疗效。结果：所有患者均顺利完成手术,手术时间为60~120min,出血量为200~600mL。术后1~2周所有患者均能下床活动和进行早期的功能锻炼。26例均无褥疮感染,无再次骨折者,无心、肺并发症,无深静脉血栓形成。随访1年后根据Harris评分标准进行功能评定,总优良率达92%。结论：人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折手术时间短、出血量少,患者可以早期进行功能锻炼,并发症少,疗效较好。

Objective：To investigate the artificial femoral head replacement in the treatment of intertrochanteric femoral fractures.Methods：Artificial femoral head replacement in the treatment of 26 cases of intertrochanteric fractures were observed surgery.Results：All patients were successfully operated,operation time was 60 to 120 minutes,blood loss was 200~600mL.1~2 weeks after surgery all patients were able to get out of bed and early functional exercises.There was no infection in 26 patients with pressure ulcers,no re-fracture was no heart and lung complications,no deep vein thrombosis.1 year follow-up after scoring under the Harris functional assessment,92% of total fine.Conclusion：The artificial femoral head replacement in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of elderly shorter operation time,less blood loss,patients can exercises early,fewer complications,better effect.
