清肠解毒汤治疗有机磷农药中毒临床疗效观察

Colon Detoxification Treatment of Organophosphate Poisoning Clinical Observation

目的:观察清肠解毒汤在有机磷农药中毒患者治疗中的临床疗效。方法:有机磷农药中毒患者40例,随机分为治疗组20例,对照组20例。两组病例均进行常规的反复洗胃,清洁皮肤及复能剂等对症支持治疗,而治疗组加用清肠解毒汤胃管注入,每日2次。在治疗结束后分别统计胆碱酯酶活性恢复时间、阿托品减撤时间、并发症出现率等结果,两组进行比较。结果:治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组。结论:清肠解毒汤对有机磷农药中毒有良好的作用,并且未见明显的不良反应。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingchang Jiedu Tang for treatment of organic phosphorus pesticide poisoning.Method：40 patients with organic phosphorus pesticide poisoning were enrolled,and randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group（1：1）.Routine treatments such as repetitive gastric lavage,skin cleaning,and energy recovering drug were used in both groups.Patients in the treatment group also used Qingchang Jiedu Tang by stomach tube,twice daily.Cholinesterase activity recovery time,atropine withdrawl time and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results：The efficacy in the treatment group is superior to that in the control group.Conclusion：Qingchang Jiedu Tang is effective for treatment of organic phosphorus pesticide poisoning,and has no obvious side effects.
