摘要 原发性肝癌是常见的恶性肿瘤之一,影像学诊断有助于原发性肝癌的早期诊断及治疗,每种影像学检查手段各有其优缺点,多种影像学检查手段相互结合,并结合临床表现特征和血清学检查,能提高肝癌诊断的准确性。文章综述了超声、CT、核磁共振、数字减影血管造影和放射性核素显像在肝癌诊断中的应用。 Primary liver cancer is a common malignant tumor,one of the primary liver imaging to early diagnosis and treatment,each imaging method has its advantages and disadvantages,various imaging method combined with clinical manifestations and improve serological examination and the diagnostic accuracy of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Ultrasound,CT was reviewed in this paper,magnetic resonance imaging(mri),digital subtraction angiography and radionuclide imaging in the diagnosis of hepatic cancer.
