摘要 目的:保护化疗患者的外周静脉,减少反复穿刺带来的痛苦,预防化疗所致静脉炎及渗漏带来的不良后果。方法:在导管室将导管经锁骨下静脉送入上腔静脉,再将导管经皮下隧道与皮袋内的注射袋连接后将整个装置植入皮下。结果:留置输液港15例,均在使用中,无并发症发生。结论:植入式静脉输液港可终身留置,维护间隔时间长,不需使用抗凝剂封管,护理方便,感染率低,不影响日常生活工作,提高了肿瘤患者的生存质量。 Objective:Protection of chemotherapy in patients with peripheral vein,to reduce the pain caused by repeated puncture,and prevention of chemotherapy-induced phlebitis and the adverse consequences of leakage.Method:In the catheterization lab,inserting the catheter into the superior vena cava by the subclavian vein.Catheter through a subcutaneous tunnel and then the skins after the injection kit to connect the device implanted under the skin.Result:Retention transfusion in 15 cases,are in use,with no complications.Conclusion:Implantable intravenous fluid retention for life,long maintenance intervals,without the use of anticoagulants sealed tube,care convenient,low rate of infection,does not affect the daily lives of work,improving the quality of life of cancer patients.
