沿皮围针配合TDP照射治疗带状疱疹护理体会

Nursing Experience for Herpes Zoster with Surrounding Acupuncture and TDP Radiation

目的:观察沿皮围针配合TDP照射为主治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法:对47带状疱疹患者应用围针配合TDP照射为主的治疗。结果:治疗2周后,痊愈26例,显效19例,无效2例,总有效率为95.75%。治疗期间所有病例均无不良反应发生。结论:沿皮围针配合TDP照射为主治疗带状疱疹,疗效显著。

Objective：To observe the effect of the TDP radiation on Herpes Zoster.Method：47 patients with Herpes Zoster treated with surrounding acupuncture and TDP radiation.Results：After 2 weeks treatment,the total efficacy rates were 95.75%.Conclusion：Surrounding acupuncture and TDP radiation showed satisfactory efficacy and high safety in the treatment of Herpes Zoster.
