冠心病支架植入术患者的护理体会

Nursing of Coronary Heart Disease Patients with Coronory Artery Interventional Therapy

目的:探讨冠心病经皮冠状动脉支架植入术的护理。方法:对本院349例行冠状动脉支架植入的患者术中、术后详细护理、心电监护及观察病情变化。结果:349例冠心病冠脉支架植入术患者,均取得成功,术后拔管时出现迷走反射1例。结论:术中密切配合,术后严密观察病情,心电监护,加强护理,可明显减少冠心病支架植入患者并发症的发生,缩短住院时间。

Objective：To explore the nursing of Coronary heart disease（CHD）with percutaneous transluminal cornary angioplasty（PTCA）and implantation of the stand.Methods：To closely nurse the patients with CHD who underwent percutaneous transluminal cornary angioplasty（PTCA）and implantation of the stand in the course of operation,and to closely observe the patient＇s condition,electrocardiogram monitor.Results：All the patients had successful operation,only one patient had vagus reflex after extubation.Conclusion：To accurate cooperate in the course of operation and closely observe the patient＇s condition and electrocardiogram monitor after operation can reduce complication and shorten the duration of hospitalization.
