Diagnosis and Treatment on one Clinical Case of Visceral Type Herpes Zoster

内脏型带状疱疹的皮损和疼痛具有一定的特异性,但临床诊断时需排除相关的疾患。医生应详细询问患者的病史,同时进行必要的辅助检查,如实验室检查、影像学检查等,避免误诊。

Because of certain substrate specificity of lesions and pains in visceral type herpes zoster,the diagnosis should be excluded other related diseases.The doctors must ask the patients carefully and know detailed history.Otherwise,necessary auxiliary examinations,such as biochemical examination,imaging examination,et al,should be carried out simultaneously in order to avoid misdiagnosis.
