Acupuncture Therapy for Treatment of Infantile Enuresis

小儿遗尿症临床上多指5岁或5岁以上小儿夜间不能从睡眠中醒来而发生无意识的排尿,是目前严重威胁儿童身心健康的主要因素之一。其发病机制复杂,临床治疗方法多样。药物治疗起效快,但停药后复发率高,针灸的方法对本病有明显的疗效,具有费用低、操作方便、有效率高、复发率低的特点。故综述小儿遗尿的针灸治疗临床概况。

Infantile Enuresis,which is the main factor seriously unwholesome to children at present,is an unconscious urination of children aged 5 or above failure to wake up from sleep at night.The pathogenesis is complicated and therapeutic methods are diverse.Medicine treatment has a rapid onset but a high rate of recurrence.Acupuncture therapy,which is characterized by high efficiency and low recurrence rate,is very effective to infantile enuresis because of its low cost and easy operation.Therefore,clinical conditions of acupuncture treatment to infantile enuresis are reviewed in this paper.
