参附注射液在心血管系统疾病中应用现状

Introduction of Pharmacological Action of Shenfu Injection and Clinical Practice in Cardiovascular Disease

目的:介绍参附注射液在心血管疾病中的药理作用及临床应用中的应用现状。方法:参阅近年相关文献进行综合归纳。结果:参附注射液能增强心肌收缩力、抗心律失常、降低心肌酶谱,抑制炎症反应因子及凋亡因子释放,调节心肌细胞离子通道等作用,以达到保护心肌以及防止心肌细胞破坏等作用。可用于治疗充血性心力衰竭、心律失常、急性心肌梗死、肺心病、病毒性心肌炎、扩张型心肌病、休克等。结论:参附注射液除在心血管内科疾病方面有广泛的临床应用价值外,在胸心外科也有广泛的应用前景。

Objective：To introduce the pharmacological action of Shenfu injection and the clinical practice in cardiovascular disease.Methods：To consult the related articles of recent years and draw a conclusion to them.Results：Shenfu Injection used in protecting the myocardium and preventing myocardium destruction can be demonstrated as these following aspects：reinforcing the contractibility of myocardium,treating arrhythmia,reducing level of the cardiac enzymes,restraining the release of inflammation cytokines and apoptosis factors and regulate ion channels in the myocardial cells,and so on.It can be used to cure congestive heart failure,arrhythmia,acute myocardial infarction.cor pulmonale,dilated cardiomyopathy,viral myocarditis,shock and so on.Conclusion：Not only Shenfu injection can be used widely in cardiovascular internal medicine but also has a bright foreground in cardiothoracic surgery.
