妊娠高血压综合征实验检测指标研究进展

Experimental Detection of Pregnancy-Induced Hypertension Progress Indicators

文章旨在概括近年来妊娠高血压综合征实验检测指标的研究进展情况,通过对血液流变学、血浆血栓素B2(TXB2)、6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-keto-PGF1α)、血管内皮细胞功能、血管细胞黏附分子、低氧诱导因子1α(HIF-1α)等检测指标的分析与总结,为选择切实反映妊娠高血压综合征疾病本身病理变化和发展过程的有效指标提供依据,同时也为其临床诊断和治疗提供参考依据,研究发现其中某些指标对妊娠高血压综合征的进一步研究具有重要的指导意义。

This paper summarizes recent experimental detection of pregnancy-induced hypertension indicators of progress on Hemorheology,plasma thromboxane B2（TXB2）,6-Keto-F1α（6-keto-PGF1α）,vascular endothelial cell function,vascular cell adhesion molecule,hypoxia-inducible factor 1α（HIF-1α）and other test indicators analyzed and summarized,for the selection of realistic reflection of pregnancy-induced hypertension and the development of pathological changes in the disease process provide the basis for the effective index,but also for clinical diagnosis and treatment of aids,the study found some indicators of further study pregnancy-induced hypertension has important significance.
