再生障碍性贫血中医辨证及中西医结合治疗研究进展

Research Achievement of Aplastic Anemia on the Basis of Chinese Medicine by Using Dialectical Method and Combined Therapy of Chinese and Western Medicine

目的:综述再生障碍性贫血的中医辨证及中西医结合治疗研究进展,为临床治疗该病提供相应的参考资料及方法。方法:查阅相关文献,进行综述、分析和总结。结果:通过对肾、脾、心、瘀、虚及毒邪致病的辨证,采取以补脾肾为主的中西医结合方法治疗再生障碍性贫血。结论:中西医结合治疗再生障碍性贫血弥补了单纯使用西药治疗的不足,降低了西药治疗的毒副作用,疗效好,价格低,提高了患者的生存质量。应加快基础及临床治疗的研究,对今后的治疗研究作出展望。

Objective：Summarize the research achievement of aplastic anemia on the basis of Chinese medicine by using dialectical method and combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine,for the purpose of suppling relevant reference and methods to clinical treatment.Method：Consult and summary correlative information,analysis and sum up it.Result：Basised on Chinese medicine which means diagnose from kidney,spleen,heart,blood,deficency and evil,take the method with combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine on aplastic anemia,which takes kidney and spleen as the main point.Conclusion：The method with combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine on aplastic anemia can offset the shortage and reduced the poison,it is better than using Western medicine only.It has a preferably clinical curative effect,low price and it will improve patients＇ quality of life.Therefore,we should accelerate our fundamental and clinical treatment research,and look forward to the future.
