摘要
脱绒棉种含水率是影响棉种的介电常数的关键因素,为给脱绒棉种介电分选关键参数的后期研究提供依据,利用介电常数的测量装置以及MA45C-000230V1水份测量仪等装置对脱绒棉种介电常数与含水率等因素进行了试验,运用SPSS软件对脱绒棉种介电常数进行了方差分析和残差分析,并分析了脱绒棉种介电常数与棉种含水率二者之间的关系,以及脱绒棉种介电常数的区间估计和预测。结果表明:脱绒棉种介电常数与棉种含水率之间最优回归方程为^Y=10.606+90.943X,统计数据点与回归方程线拟合良好;棉种含水率为0.07时介电常数的估计区间为[15.80878,18.13587],预测值为16.9723。
The moisture of cottonseeds is the key element which influences the cottonseed separator's dielectric constant to ensure the good deleted effect of the cottonseed separator.The installation of dielectric constant and the moisture measurement MA45C-000230V1 and so on are used to do the experiment on the two factors.SPSS is used to analyze the ANOVA and residuals,the relationship between the moisture and dielectric constant of the cottonseed separator,and the regions of the estimation and prediction.The result is the statistic mode take on the meaning of statistics and the statistic data point can work very well,and the best equation is Y^=10.606+90.943X,the regions of calculation [15.80878,18.13587] and prediction value 16.9723,when the moisture is 0.07.
