基于增量动态规划法的热油管道优化运行研究 被引量:5

摘要 在分析热油管道运行、输油泵及加热炉工作特性的基础上,以原油管输的能耗费用最小为目标函数,考虑原油进/出站温度、加热站热负荷、进站压力以及管道强度等工艺约束条件,建立了热油管道运行优化数学模型,并引入增量动态规划法对模型进行求解,该方法能显著减少枚举和计算量,降低解空间的复杂度,加快程序执行速度。以一个由13座输油站,2条掺入支线和2条分输支线构成的原油管道系统为例,决策出最优的管道运行方案。实例计算验证了模型的合理性和算法的有效性。 On the basis of analyzing the operating characteristics of hot oil pipeline,pump and heating furnace,a mathematical model of optimal operating scheme for hot oil pipeline is established.The model takes the minimum energy cost of hot oil pipeline as objective function,after comprehensively taking into consideration some technological constraints such as:inlet temperature,outlet temperature,thermal loads of heating stations,inlet pressure,strength of pipeline etc.Besides,it adopts the incremental dynamic programming method to solve the model.The method can significantly reduce the amount of enumeration,computation and the complexity of the solution space,and hence speed up the program execution.This paper takes the oil pipeline with 13 transfer stations,2 doping pipelines,2 delivery pipelines as example,and the optimal operating scheme is decided.The analysis of example demonstrates the effectiveness and applicability of the established model and algorithm.
