Er^(3+):CaMoO_4晶体光谱性能的J-O理论计算

摘要 利用J-O理论计算了Er3+离子在CaMoO4晶体中的光谱参数,计算得出的3个J-O强度参数分别为Ω2=18.85×10-20cm2,Ω4=2.45×10-20cm2,Ω6=1.13×10-20cm2。由这3个强度参数计算出了各跃迁的辐射跃迁几率、荧光分支比及辐射寿命。计算结果表明该晶体具有5个主要的发光波段。相对于其他参杂Er3+的晶体,该晶体具有较大的Ω2和Ω6参数,但在1.5 um波段具有较短的辐射寿命。 J-O theory is employed to calculate the spectral parameters of Er3+ in the CaMoO4 crystal.Three J-O parameters obtained are Ω2=18.85×10-20cm2,Ω4=2.45×10-20cm2,Ω6=1.13×10-20cm2.Radiative transition proba-bilities,fluorescence branching ratios and radiative lifetime are calculated from these three parameters.The re-sults indicate that there are 5 major emission bands in this crystal.In the crystals doped with Er3+ ion,Er3+: CaMoO4 has largerΩ2 andΩ6 parameters but shorter radiative lifetime at 1.5 um band.
